Every hat starts as a blank and ends up as yours. Pick a style from the catalog, tell us what you want on it, and we build it right here in South Mississippi.

What We Make

Custom laser engraved hat patches — your design burned into our premium leatherette, then set on the hat you picked. Clean lines, real texture, no fading.

Multi-color acrylic patches — layered acrylic in the colors you choose, for logos and designs that need to pop. Dimensional, sharp, and built to hold up.

Pricing

$30 per hat — includes the blank, one patch, and setup. Price moves up from there depending on:

  • Hat style you choose from the catalog
  • Patch type — engraved leatherette or multi-color acrylic
  • Design complexity and number of acrylic layers
  • Bulk orders — teams, weddings, businesses, and events get better per-unit pricing

Tell us what you are after and we will quote it before anything gets made. No surprises.

How It Works

  1. Pick your hat. Open the catalog and find a style and color you like. Note the style name or number.
  2. Send us your idea. Use the form below — a logo file, a sketch, or just a description all work.
  3. We quote it. You get a firm price and a timeline back, usually within one business day.
  4. We make it. Approve the quote and your hat gets made and shipped.
